05The process

A little less chasing.
A lot more clarity.

No process theatre. Just an agreed scope, a sensible communication rhythm and a visible next action.

01

Understand the work.

We start with your current suppliers, product stage and the handoffs that need attention. Before proposing a process, I need a practical picture of what is happening now.

THE OUTPUT

You share the context. We identify the coordination need.

02

Agree the boundaries.

We define the workstreams, deliverables, responsibilities, fee basis and communication routine. Specialist decisions and client approvals are identified explicitly.

THE OUTPUT

A written scope, a working plan and a clear division of responsibilities.

03

Keep the handoffs moving.

I coordinate partner updates, track dependencies and bring missing information or decisions to the right people. Risks are raised with a proposed next action rather than buried in a status report.

THE OUTPUT

An action list with an owner and a next step for each open item.

04

Review and adjust.

The operating rhythm is reviewed as the project develops. We look at what is complete, what is still at risk and whether the agreed scope needs to change.

THE OUTPUT

A progress summary, the current risk picture and any agreed scope changes.

Before we begin

A few practical
questions.

How often will we communicate?

The cadence is agreed in the scope. That can include scheduled status updates, regular working calls and escalation messages when a decision cannot wait. No response-time guarantee is implied unless we put it in the agreement.

Can you work with the suppliers I already use?

Yes. The service can be built around your existing manufacturers and service providers. We first clarify who is responsible for each task and which communication channels can be used.

Who approves samples, labels and shipments?

Your authorised team and the relevant appointed specialists retain their approval responsibilities. My role is to organise the requests, track the decisions and make the handoff clear.

What happens when the scope changes?

We identify the new tasks, the impact on the schedule and any change to fees before expanding the work. Additional coverage is not assumed to be included in the original arrangement.

Do you provide manufacturing or sales services?

No. The service is operational coordination and support. Manufacturing, product sales, inventory ownership and specialist certification remain outside this role.
