06Engagements

Start with what
needs attention.

A focused brief or a wider operating role. The level of coverage follows the work—not a promise of business outcomes.

01 / STARTER

Set the foundation.

For a defined product that needs a basic coordination structure.

$500per product
  • Supplier onboarding support
  • Basic production coordination
  • Initial quality-check alignment

03 / ENTERPRISE

Keep the rhythm at scale.

For an ongoing programme with a scope linked to coordination activity.

Up to $2.00per unit-equivalent
  • End-to-end operational coordination
  • Vendor performance monitoring
  • Inventory-flow support

A note on the numbers

Prices are in USD and describe the service fee basis, not a subscription interval. The final scope, billing period, taxes, external-provider costs and payment schedule must be agreed in writing. For Enterprise, the meaning and count of “unit-equivalents” are defined in the proposal. Fees are not a share of product sales or profit.

Choosing the right coverage

What matters is
the work behind it.

The number of active suppliers, approval steps and open workstreams is more useful than a label alone.

Share a brief description of your product stage and the partners involved. We can use that to agree a sensible level of coordination before you commit.
